Mary Tinkler receives Perfect Score from SC Chamber of Commerce

Representative Mary Tinkler announced today that she received a score of 100 on this years South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Legislative scorecard.

The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce is the unified voice of business in the Palmetto State. Each legislative session, the Chamber tracks roll call votes on key business issues and tallies them to determine an overall score for each member of the General Assembly.

This year the Chamber tracked key votes on infrastructure, workforce development, military retirement benefits, and aid for our farmers following October’s historic flood among other issues.

"I am honored to receive a perfect score from the SC Chamber of Commerce for my pro-business voting record," said Tinkler. "Throughout my service in the SC House of Representatives, I have worked to ensure our small businesses are able to thrive in this changing economy while also recruiting large employers like Boeing, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz to the Charleston area. I promise to always be an advocate for taxpayers and our local businesses as Charleston's next treasurer."
